This is a hidden restaurant located in a back alley in the downtown area, renovated from an old two-story house.
Mainly serving original Italian cuisine,

It's not a restaurant, but a more casual wine bar.
As the name "Festa a casa" suggests,

A relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, just like being at home.

We strive to create a restaurant where you can enjoy your meal.
Our customers range from small children to the elderly.
We sometimes have families come in with four generations.

① Hall operations
Welcome of customers ~ taking orders on paper slips ~ serving and cleaning up ~ accounting ~ seeing customers off,
You will gradually learn how to answer phone calls to make reservations.
②Drink production work
The main drink on offer is a wide selection of wines,
Beer, sour whiskey, various cocktails,
There are a variety of soft drinks and non-alcoholic cocktails available.
No experience required.
Those who don't know what types of alcohol there are or who want to learn about them are also welcome!
3) Assist the owner chef in cooking
Basically, the owner and chef does all the cooking.
The kitchen is adjacent to the drinking area and washing area,
Please assist with cooking if necessary.
If you like cooking or want to learn how to cook,

④ Preparation before business hours and opening preparations
At our shop, we take time and effort to carefully prepare our products.
We strive to provide dishes that will satisfy you.
Therefore, preparation work begins at around 3pm.
This is also ok for those with no experience.
While preparing,
You will also be responsible for shopping, clearing away delivered items, and answering phone calls.
⑤ Washing dishes and closing down the store
In the washing area, please use the dishwasher to wash glasses, dishes, etc.
After closing, you will be asked to clean the hall and kitchen.
You will learn this type of work little by little according to your working hours.

Working hours and days:
Currently, there are no set closing days, and the store is closed on irregular days.
The store is closed about 6 to 8 days a month.
Business hours are 17:00~24:00,
You can work from about 3 hours between 15:00 and 25:00, including preparation and cleanup time!
Since shift preferences are declared every two weeks ,
Whether you want to work 6 days a week or 1 day a week, you can change the number of days you want to work every month.
The shift request is
The 1st to 15th of the month must be paid by the 15th of the previous month, and the 16th to the last day of the month must be paid by the last day of the previous month.

Salary, benefits and salary:
Basic hourly wage: 1,200 yen or more (1,400 yen or more after 22:00)
Saturday hourly wage: 1,400 yen or more (1,600 yen or more after 22:00)
Friday, Sunday and public holidays hourly wage: 1,300 yen or more (1,500 yen or more after 22:00)
Every month, the hourly wage is assessed based on the number of days worked, contribution, ability, etc.
There is an opportunity for a pay increase.
(There will be a trial period of about 100 hours from the start of employment (basic hourly wage of 1,200 yen or more). (The period varies depending on your ability.))
